Chalet Sports Shipping Schedule
In stock merchandise is shipped from our facilities Monday-Friday. Standard shipping is UPS Ground and we offer 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). Please allow 2 weeks for delivery for most locations. Order tracking numbers are sent via email. For backordered or out of stock order items, we will contact you with the exact shipping information.
Overseas and International Shipping
We only ship within the Continental U.S. and we do not currently ship internationally. Holiday Orders Orders sent ground placed after December 9th may not arrive by December 25th.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order to us in the original packaging, including your receipt and your daytime contact information. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a credit within 30 days of your purchase. Sale items are sold "AS IS" and are non-refundable (no returns or exchanges). Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. For questions, please contact us. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Oversized Shipping Orders that require boxes longer than 30” are considered oversized shipping and will include and increased shipping fee.
Payment Methods
For online payment we accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or any accounts verified through PayPal. All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. Verification may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
